I saw this on Twitter.
"What living musician has the highest probability of being remembered 100 years from now?"
I have my pick.

Ozzy is a good choice as well. However, I am not changing my answer.

Man I think Plant or Page before Ozzy or even Dickey Betts before bat head biting Ozzy. Every time I think about Ozzy that wife of his, Sharon, pops in my head. Boy do I hate Sharon.

Yes Sharon is a attention hound and obviously clinging to her fame and money source no doubt.
But regardless of what one thinks of Ozzy, his fame is big time. And his music and peculiar personality will live on bigger than life sort of like what happened to Elvis.
Page and Plant are already largely forgotten.
Dickey Betts guitar playing will live on, but in 100 years when people hear it they won't know who is playing it and many won't care either.

Ozzy's work with Randy Rhoads will be remembered. I agree that Ozzy's personality will help for him to be remembered 100 years from now. Ozzy has a great song he recorded with Billy Morrison for Billy's album several years ago. Click on the music clip not the video for "Gods". www.shazam.com/track/282207881/gods
