When Artimus moved to St. Augustine Florida back in the early 1990's he met up with some locals there who had a band called "Those Guys."
Artimus dug their music and soon began playing with them around St. Augustine. Shelton Irwin was one of the band members of Those Guys, and soon, because of Artimus' involvement, Artimus began promoting the band as an all new "APB Those Guys."
So while Artimus was involved with Those Guys, they were also known as an APB band- or All Points Bulletin band, or Artimus Pyle Band. APB stands for both.
Together, APB Those Guys produced two albums:

Another one of the tracks I shared with AllSouthernRock.com to play online was one of my favorite tracks called "Goose Creek" which was on THOSE GUYS I.
Artimus and Shelton are both performing on this great track along with Dave Besley, and Walt Kulwicki.
In truth, THOSE GUYS are Dave Besley, and Walt Kulwicki. It is their band, and they like to hire other well known artists to join in and record with them with such names as Artimus Pyle, Jimbo Essery (Allman Brothers), and Banner Thomas former of Molly Hatchet.
Dave Besley, and Walt Kulwicki have created a great musical situation with their THOSE GUYS band project. It sort of takes the form of whoever is musically involved, so the music and the band is ever changing.
For now though, and only for a short time, take a listen to this great song GOOSE CREEK, and if you like it, please go to the band's website and purchase the album and all of their albums and help support the band so they can continue to produce great music!

Turn it up and play it LOUD!!! Artimus is on drums, and this is without a doubt a great track which could have been a hit on national mainstream classic rock radio if it were allowed there)
